Serviced a Navien 240-A tankless water heater. Repaired check valve on the unit that had the o-ring jammed in it. Repaired water flow censor that had jammed the o-ring. Replaced gas shut off valve that the customer had supplied.

Gas Water Heater
AO Smith water heater not staying lit. We did the original plumbing in this home. The tank is out of warranty. Pilot light will not stay lit. Probably needs a thermal coupling. This is a sealed combustion chamber unit. I was told to have us check the air intake screen and also check under the burner assembly for a ceramic disk that maybe plugged with lint.
