Unisex bathroom Moen flushometer that was not working properly. On first trip tried to replace the batteries and it seemed to work but then shortly after that if failed again. On the next trip we returned with a new unit from Moen and replaced the sensor head. It is now working good.

Garbage Disposer
Installed a new Badger 5XP disposal on main kitchen sink. Re piped under the kitchen sink and added an air admittance valve. Sink was draining slow and the piping underneath was kind of a mess. Piping is now cleaned up and drain good. Installed owner supplied kitchen faucet.

Condensing Tankless Water Heater W/ Circ
Navien tankless water heater was reading an error code of 12 that indicates a flame failure. Cleaned the flame rod and senor to resolve the problem. Spoke with Navien technical support and they thought this was a short term fix and the unit may need replaced for all the problems they have had.

Condensing Tankless Water Heater W/ Circ
To try and help the tankless water heater keep the storage tank up to temperature we installed a Aqua Stat that can be adjusted to a greater temperature range for when the unit turns off and on. Installed a Honey well L6006C surface mounted aqua stat. There was no charge for this service call or for the parts.

Condensing Tankless Water Heater W/ Circ
Called out to repair Navien tankless water heater for no hot water. Found that the circulating pump had been turned off. This may have caused the cold water to bleed through the pump and temper down the hot water. Installed a 3/4 check valve on the line after the pump to prevent backflow. Gave two different options for a properly installed system. One option was for a 120 gallon storage tank using the Navien strictly to the tank. Second option was to remove the electric and tankless units and install a commercial 100 gallon Rheem tank.

Condensing Tankless Water Heater W/ Circ
Trouble shot Navien commercial unit that was not getting enough hot water in conjunction with the electric 80 gallon water heater. Feel the part of the problem is the way the unit is piped. We will change the circulating pump piping around and install a aqua stat to limit when the pump runs. The other problem is the constant on and off with water every 10 to 15 seconds. The unit does not have time to get up to temperature before it is shut off again. Hopefully the pump will cause the unit to run and keep the storage tank hot. While doing this work we noticed the water flow senor would stick once in a while so we installed a new one.
