Customer Was Hearing Noise When The Toilet Off Of The Laundry Room Would Get Done Filling. Replaced The Fill Valve And Flapper With Wolverine Hush Fill Valve And Big Orange Flapper. The Noise Has Gone Away. Also Took Off The Weight Off Of The Pull Out Spray Hose On The Kitchen Faucet. Customer Wanted Removed Because It Was Getting Caught Up When Pulled Out.

I Only Billed What Tony And I Originally Talked About But We Did Extra Work Such As: Extended Water Lines Carried Cabinets Out Wired Disposal And Dishwasher Capped And Removed Dishwasher Drain We Always Talk About These Jobs Being A Quick In And Out For Us And That Is Rarely The Case. Most Of These Jobs Need A Couple Hours On The Front Side And Then The Finish Work.

Customer Has A Sump Pump Next To The Laundry Sink. Self Contained Ejector Sump Pump. Line Discharges Into Sanitary Sewer. While Running The Washing Machine The Other Day The Sump Pump Failed And Water Over Flowed. Replaced The Pump In Side Of The Sump With A Zoeller M-53 1/3HP Along With A New Check Valve. Vacuumed Out The Sump While The Lid Was Removed. System Is A Zoeller Mighty Mate.

Customer Is Remodeling 2nd Floor Bathroom. Bathroom Is Gutted. We Re Stubbed Out Water Lines For The Lavatory And Toilet With Clean Copper And A Cap. Installed A Moen Customer Supplied Shower Valve In The Wall And Drilled The Hole In The Fiberglass Shower Wall After Dry Fitting For The New Shower Valve. Installed A New 2 P-trap And Shower Drain (drain Provided By Others) To Accommodates The New Shower Base. Installed The New Shower Base And Screwed It To The Wall. Turned Water Back On And Checked For Leaks. The Other Three Walls To Be Installed By Mr. Joyce And He Also Supplied All Of The Major Materials.
