Removing existing water heater and installing a new Rinnai RC98HPI condensing tankless water heater. The unit will be hung on a new 2 x 4 wall that we will build in the same location as the old heater. We will tie into the 1 gas line above the furnace and connect to the water lines from the old heater. We will remove the old water heater from the job site. There is not a permit included in this price and if one becomes necessary there will be addition charges. There will be a condensate drain tied into the floor drain near the furnace. Inspected Rinnai unit. Found that the ignition problem was due to igniters needing cleaned. Once cleaned the unit fired normally. Model# REU-V2532FFU-45 Serial# 04.11-123767 Ordered a new igniters and will return to install it. Will also delime the unit.
