VIP Plumbing, Inc. will install a new Sterling Ensemble 60 x 32 four piece tub shower in white with a new Moen 62370 posi-temp roughin and a TL183 Chateau tub/shower trim. Home owner is to have the tile walls removed from around the tub before we arrive on Monday July 11th, 2011 to do the install. VIP Plumbing, Inc. will remove the existing tub from the bathroom as well as from the job site. If the wood floor under the tub needs any minor repairs we will make them before installing the new tub/shower unit. The existing galvanized p-trap will be removed and a new PVC trap will be installed along with the new PVC tub waste. All of the finishes inside the tub/shower will be chrome (tub drain and tub/shower valve). VIP Plumbing, Inc. will clean up all of our mess and remove it from the job site. Final dry wall install and repair around the tub/shower walls are the responsibility of others. This job was bid without a permit from the City of Strongsville and if you would like one pulled there will be the additional cost of the permit.
